amazing stay!
helpful personnelearly flightgood locationshopping areas
the personnel was lovely they gave me breakfast to go since i had an early flight i found this very helpful the location was really good it was close to parks and the sea i recommend this spot to everybody traveling to the area. the hotel is near major shopping areas like mark antalya mall making it super convenient. i enjoyed having various sites and activities available within a short distance from the hotel.
the tv always had a welcome screen but i could hear the programmes running in the background that was a bit strange

the hotel features a ramp at the reception ensuring easy access with mobility needs a lift is available for accessing different floors in the building i found this convenient. however there is no ramp outside the building so wheelchair users should consider this.

the hotel was clean and well maintained. air conditioning was available. the hotel is near the tram station. mr mehmet and his staff were doing a great job to.
the bed gave me back pain and the bed sheets had stains leftover from previous visitors who stayed. i understand it's a very hot country so i expected the "duvet" to be very thin, but what they provide feels like a rough carpet.

faulty air conditioningworn towels
the air conditioning barely worked in my room it struggled to keep the space cool enough i found this really uncomfortable especially during the day the room felt stuffy and unpleasant i also noticed the towels provided were quite worn they felt rough and not as fresh as i expected this made showering less enjoyable

The rooms included a tv and air conditioning. I found this super convenient. also, the staff was genuinely helpful, even when i arrived super late one night. breakfast had a wide selection including cereals. delicious mezes. I ate so much!
there was no ramp outside the reception so it was difficult to enter with heavy baggage.

thin wallsunreliable wifi
i was disappointed by the state of the room. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear other guests frequently opening and closing their doors. the wifi reception in the room was unreliable, it kept disconnecting. this made it hard to get work done.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection seemed limited and not very fresh. some items tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, and refills were slow, especially during peak hours. the coffee machine was often out of service, a frustration for many guests! the room cleaning was also inconsistent. some days, the service was thorough, but other days, essential items like towels weren't replaced, and the trash wasn't emptied.

The Double Room was quite spacious. There were shampoo, shower gel, and soap in the bathroom so I didn't need mine. Staff assisted me even when I arrived late.
